On March 13, The Pavilion got the award “Shenzhen’s Star Organization of Customer Satisfaction” .The Orchard Was awarded as “Shenzhen’s Star Team of Customer Satisfaction”. In addition the Deputy General Manager of The Pavilion Qiwei Yue won the Honorary of “Shenzhen’s Outstanding Manager of Customer Satisfaction”, the Director of Rooms Danny was accorded the title of “Shenzhen’s Service Star of Customer Satisfaction”.

This award was held by Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Quality and the other four authoritative organizations.
